Appalachian Trail Hiking Support Guides

It starts with a 3 day Orientation where we will go over everything you will need for gear, how to prepare, what guidebooks and apps you will need, what security measures you should be taking, what to expect along the way, LNT ethics, lodging options, shuttles, trail towns, budget, how to resupply, and more. There is so much to learn, and figuring out the logistics can be overwhelming. Let an experienced thru-hiker help you out and sift through all the choices. Once Orientation is finished, hikers will spend 7 or 8 days backpacking alongside other thru-hikers where you will gain experience implementing what you have learned. After 7/8 days, the thru-hiker or short term hiker, continues their hike on their own, continues with us, or goes home.

Fee Includes: expert knowledge and logistic planning, lodging and food during Orientation, shuttle to Amicalola, lodging on the first night, shuttles, logistic and support team, and the use of the Support Vehicle is included during your hike.
